Delivery method via SDA courier or Poste Italiane

The purchased products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Customer in the "Shipping Address" field.
With reference to the availability of the product, in the event of a change in these, Dadart will promptly inform the customer with an e-mail message and the customer can alternatively accept the new term, a replacement product or cancel the order totally or partially and obtain (in the case you have already made the payment by credit card or bank transfer) the refund of the amount without further charges to be borne by Dadart.

With reference to shipments, delivery times and related costs, the main conditions are shown below:

• Delivery time: Express courier within 2-3 working days (Monday-Friday).
  Attention: delivery times refer to the time necessary for the courier to deliver the products to the customer and not to the time necessary for Siculamente to prepare and package the order, however, the express courier could sporadically record delays due to internal company problems not attributable to dadart.live
• Shipping costs: Shipping is free for orders of an amount equal to or greater than €20.00, for amounts less than €20 the shipping cost is €5;
• For payment on delivery the cost of the service is €3.

In order to protect himself from any problems related to damage suffered by the goods during transport, the Customer is required to verify that the packaging is not damaged/tampered with, that the package is intact, not damaged or wet, in which case he will be able to accept the goods (signature) with the words “CONTROL RESERVE”.
We do not accept complaints for damaged material not highlighted upon delivery.
